About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining a premium shopping centre environment to the highest standards. The successful applicants will be trusted to work within a high-profile site where presentation, professionalism, and consistency are critical.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Minimum
3 years
commercial cleaning experience (previous shopping centre experience will be highly regarded)
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
A professional and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with shift times when required
High standards of personal presentation
Ability to follow site procedures and client expectations
Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
Key Responsibilities
Detailed cleaning of premium shopping centre
Bathroom and washroom servicing
Vacuuming, mopping and floor maintenance
Waste and recycling management
High-touch point sanitisation
Maintaining presentation standards across all areas of shopping centre
Reporting maintenance or site issues when identified
