About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and is committed to accuracy and collaboration. You'll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly while contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries




Assist with payment runs and month-end duties
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in accounting software's. Jobpac Experience Highly regarded
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Immediately available or with short notice
