About the Role
As a Casual Educator,



you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of care and education when permanent team members are on leave. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing across all age groups
Assisting educators in implementing engaging learning experiences
Building positive relationships with children, families and team members
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Contributing to daily routines and centre operations
Supporting observations, documentation and learning outcomes
About You
We're looking for educators who are flexible, reliable and passionate about early childhood education.
To be successful, you'll have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification
Previous experience in a long day care environment
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
Flexibility to accept shifts at short notice when required
A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine passion for supporting children
