About the Role:
We're looking for a caring and effective
Customer Support Assistant
to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team at Mornington Bay
Care Community.

What You'll Do:




✔️ Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
✔️ Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
✔️ Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
✔️ Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
✔️ Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need:
✔️ Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
✔️ A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
✔️ A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
✔️ The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
✔️ Willingness to complete:
