About the Role
Reporting directly to the State Manager,



you will take ownership of commercial plumbing projects from planning through to completion and handover, managing project performance, client relationships, budgets and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate project sequencing to maximise labour productivity and site performance.
Monitor project budgets and cost-to-complete forecasts.
Manage claims, variations and contractual obligations.
Coordinate project documentation, O&M; manuals and as-built drawings.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Implement QA and WHSE requirements.
Engage and manage subcontractors and stakeholders.
Lead project teams and drive accountability and performance.
About You
7+ years experience in commercial construction project management.
Demonstrated success delivering small to large-scale construction projects.
Solid commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong planning, organisational and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Construction / Project Management or related discipline (desirable).
Plumbing Trade Qualification highly regarded.
Experience with Aconex, Bluebeam, Project Web and Pro Contractor.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
