The Role As the Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the rental department, managing the leasing process from enquiry through to move-in while working alongside a supportive team of Property Managers and administration staff.
Your responsibilities
Conduct open for inspections and private inspections
Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email and online portals
Process rental applications and complete tenant referencing
Present applications to rental providers with recommendations
Prepare lease documentation and coordinate tenant sign-ups
Liaise with prospective tenants, rental providers and Property Managers
Ensure a seamless and professional leasing experience
Keep properties leased quickly while maintaining strong service standards

Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or within residential property management
A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
