Key Requirements
Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and its CommitteesCoordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, materials distribution and managing post-meeting action itemsAssist in liaising with external stakeholders on corporate matters and ecosystem developmentPrepare accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, board papers, service agreements and presentation decksDraft and update internal policies, operational procedures and guidelinesPerform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
University degree with good academic resultsAt least 3 years of solid experience in administrative work,
project coordination and/or business developmentGood understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSARCommitted to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC's objectivesStrong sense of integrity and professional ethicsGood team player and willing to take on recent challengesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLogical, attentive to details and able to multitask under pressureGood command of written Chinese and EnglishWilling to work outside normal office hours as and when required
