The role is to Coordinate and undertake the collection, validation, entry, submission and reporting of cardiothoracic surgical data for the Royal Adelaide Hospital to national clinical registries including ANZSCTS and ANZTHOR. The role contributes to clinical governance, quality improvement, benchmarking, research and service planning by ensuring the provision of accurate, timely and complete data in accordance with legislative, ethical and organisational requirements. Ideally, an ANZSCTS Data Manager would possess the following skills and experience:



Cardiac nursing or ICU nursing experience (or equivalent) Competency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) Proficiency in the use of web browsers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Proven experience with data entry and attention to detail
About You You're an organised and detail focused professional who enjoys turning clinical data into meaningful insights while supporting quality patient care.
Experience in clinical data or health registries
Skilled in data analysis with strong attention to detail
Manage priorities and work with initiative
Build strong relationships across healthcare teams
Understand data privacy, governance and quality standards
