About the role
Provide a warm welcome to children and families while supporting your centre team. Use your customer service skills to make a difference.
In this role, you will:
Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline
Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and skilled manner
Perform key business administration tasks
Build and maintain robust relationships with families
