As a
Field Service Technician
with
BTP
, you'll be working across a major open-cut operation, delivering critical maintenance, breakdown support and component changeouts on
Caterpillar and Komatsu
equipment.
You won't be stuck in a workshop. This is hands-on, field-based work where no two days are the same and your ability to diagnose and solve problems is what sets you apart.

What You'll Be Doing
Field-based
preventative maintenance and breakdown diagnostics




Fault finding across
powertrain, hydraulic and electrical systems
Performing
component changeouts
safely and efficiently
Working directly with site teams to keep equipment moving
Utilising
CAT SIS and ET systems
for diagnostics and reporting
What You Bring
Relevant Australian recognised
trade qualification
(essential)
Experience in a
Field Service or customer-facing role
Strong diagnostic capability across
CAT & Komatsu equipment
Solid understanding of
CAT SIS and ET systems
A commitment to
safety, quality and accountability
Highly regarded:
Coal Board Medical + Standard 11
Working at Heights / Confined Space
Dogging / HR Licence
