Service Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
to become the heart of our office. This is a key role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently and our office operations run smoothly.

The Role
As our
Service Coordinator
, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer enquiries, scheduling technicians, coordinating daily jobs, processing invoices and job documentation, and ensuring clear communication between our customers and field team.
You'll work closely with the business owner, Kurt, and receive ongoing support, coaching and training to help you grow both personally and professionally as the business continues to expand.

Essential
Previous experience in administration, customer service, dispatch or office coordination.
Strong computer skills using word processing, Excel or Google Sheets and Outlook or Gmail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
Highly Desirable
Experience using
AroFlo
or other job management software (ServiceM8, Simpro, ServiceTitan etc.).
Experience using
Xero
or similar accounting software.
Experience working within the plumbing, electrical, HVAC or building services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Schedule and coordinate technicians efficiently.
Manage daily job bookings and scheduling changes.
Liaise with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the day.
Help build out company wide standard operating procedures.
Prepare job documentation and customer records.




Assist with general office administration and accounts support.
Participate in team meetings, coaching and ongoing training.
Contribute ideas and improvements to help the business continue to grow.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 + Super + Bonus
, depending on experience.
