About the Role
We're looking for a qualified, all-round painter to join our team in a permanent full-time position.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work both independently and alongside other members of our team. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll help deliver professional finishes that reflect the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Applicants based in Adelaide's southern suburbs are highly encouraged to apply due to the location of upcoming projects.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a small team of painters on site
Allocate daily tasks and provide clear direction to team members
Work alongside the team to complete painting and preparation work
Monitor project progress against allocated hours and budgets
Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain high workmanship and presentation standards
Identify and communicate potential delays or issues promptly
Provide regular progress updates to the Operations Manager
Communicate professionally with clients, office staff and team members
Record job progress, hours, photos and updates using app based software
Ensure worksites remain clean, organised and safe
Support, guide and mentor team members where required
Complete residential, new-build and commercial painting projects
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
A recognised painting and decorating qualification
Proven experience as a qualified painter
Strong preparation and finishing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in your workmanship
Good communication and customer-service skills
The ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable time-management and organisational skills
A current Australian driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
Experience using AroFlo or other job-management software would be helpful, but training can be provided.
