We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team, stepping into an established construction desk that's already producing. This isn't a cold start. You'll walk into existing client relationships, active roles, and a network that has been built over time, giving you the platform to make an immediate impact.
You'll be working closely with experienced consultants, gaining exposure to a busy market, and playing a key role in connecting construction businesses with the talent they need to deliver.
What the role involves:
Taking ownership of an active construction desk with live roles and repeat clients
Building on existing relationships while identifying new opportunities in the Melbourne market
Managing the full recruitment process from brief through to placement
Developing your own presence within a competitive but rewarding sector
You don't need a construction recruitment background to succeed here. If you understand pace,

What we're looking for:
Previous recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Confidence in communication, both written and verbal
