About You
Live in and can support our customers in
Sunshine Coast area: Eerwah Vale, Coolum Beach, Maleny, Beerwah and Caloundra and surrounding areas
Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8am - 6pm, ideally across 3-4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
What We Offer

Paid travel time + $1.33/km allowance + company phone
Permanent part-time contracts: ******* hours per fortnight
Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts
Your Role




As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
Medication assistance (where applicable)
Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Social support and companionship
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
