Your Role as a Trainee Educator
As a valued member of our passionate team, you will:
Learn how to deliver engaging, high-quality early childhood programs.
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Build solid relationships with children and families.
Be guided in recognising children as confident, capable learners.
Collaborate with experienced educators in a warm, respectful team environment.
What You Will Need
A willingness and motivation to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
A current (or willingness to obtain) Paid Working with Children Check/Blue card.
A kind, curious and collaborative attitude
