About You




We're looking to speak with experienced
Facility Managers
who have:
A minimum of
2 years' experience
leading a residential aged care home.
A proven track record of achieving solid clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
The ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional resident care and fostering a positive workplace culture.
