The Prospect
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in enabling GAHACL to meet its strategic and operational business objectives through effective development and provision of professional HR services, systems, processes and support to Managers in the areas including:
HR Planning
Resourcing and Induction
Remuneration, Contracts and Position Descriptions
HR Policy and Procedures
Workforce Learning & Development
Workplace Health, Safety and Rehabilitation.
Main duties include:
Recruitment




Workplace Health and Safety.
Assist the HR Manager with meeting with Managers to monitor and evaluate HR operational support processes
Qualifications, Background & Practical Requirements:
Certificate 4 in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years, HR service delivery experience in a comparable not for profit, government, or Private sector organization.
Must haves
:
Current Blue Card Holder (Working with Children Check)
Current Driver's Licence
LCS2 Clearance
National Criminal History - Police Clearance
