Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a motivated Mental Health Pharmacist Grade 2 to deliver specialized clinical pharmacy services across mental health units in Western Sydney.
The role involves providing medication management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to patient safety and quality initiatives.The successful applicant will work at Cumberland Hospital and participate in the transition to the Integrated Mental Health Complex, supporting patients with acute and specialized mental health needs.
