Located on the Camperdown campusOpportunity to support research integrity, ethics, compliance and governance initiatives across the UniversityBase Salary $ 107,312 - $ 115,686 (HEO6) + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe Research Integrity and Ethics Support Officer coordinates administrative and operational services for the Research Integrity and Ethics Administration (RIEA) team.
Working across research integrity, human and animal ethics, scheduled drugs compliance and data governance functions, you will play a key role supporting projects, training initiatives, reporting activities and stakeholder engagement across the University.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working across multiple teams, managing a varied workload and contributing to initiatives that support the responsible conduct of research.Your key responsibilities will be to:coordinate administrative and operational support for the Research Integrity and Ethics Administration teamorganise meetings, training programs, presentations and events for staff, students and committee memberssupport the delivery of projects, initiatives and compliance activities across multiple research governance functionsmanage stakeholder communications and build effective working relationships across faculties and qualified service unitscoordinate reporting activities, including data collection, analysis and preparation of reportsapply relevant legislation, policies and procedures to support operational and compliance requirements.About youexperience in operational, administrative or project support roles, preferably within a complex organisationexperience collecting, analysing and reporting on operational or compliance datademonstrated experience interpreting and applying legislation,



policies and procedural requirementsproficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using business systems and databasestertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experienceexperience within the higher education sector and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI will be highly regarded.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaYou must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
