Position Summary:
Minimum 14+ years of Testing Experience in Web Application with different tools.
Good experience in Test Management with different tools
Good experience in the Insurance domain, with exposure to core insurance systems and processes.
Good experience in Guidewire/ Duck Creek Policy and Billing system
Good experience in Policy and Billing batch testing
Experience in UI Automation Testing with Playwright using Java/ type scripts.
Hands on experience in API testing with REST Assured and Postman for validating RESTful services.
Having strong domain expertise across E2E testing, Duck Creek, Customer Workbench (CWB), Customer Master Data Management (CMDM), and Billing applications.
Hands on technical expertise in end-to-end policy lifecycle execution (Quote to Renewal) and claims processing workflows across Duck Creek UI and Guidewire Claim Center.
Good communication and stakeholder management
Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and test strategy and plan on Test Environment, Test Data.
Experience in handling Agile projects and driving the agile ceremonies
Ability to drive a team of 15+ associates for automation and manual.
Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
Good presentation / reporting skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery of quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
Define, review, and govern Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Approach, Estimation, Resource Planning, Test Data, and Environment Management activities.
Manage the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) covering requirement analysis, test design, test execution, defect management, reporting, test closure, and sign-off activities.
Drive System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, UAT support, API Testing, and Test Automation initiatives.
Establish testing governance, monitor quality metrics, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, test coverage, and overall testing maturity.
Mentor, coach, and manage testing teams, ensuring effective resource utilization, skill development, and delivery excellence.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing processes, audit requirements, and release governance frameworks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, project governance meetings, and stakeholder reviews while providing strategic direction for test delivery and quality management.
