About The Role...
As a Business Manager in our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you'll lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants.
Your mission: drive performance, support your team, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Location
Springvale, VIC
Coverage
The role covers sites across Springvale, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley and Noble Park.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
Build solid relationships with local employers, community groups, and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Capabilities & Experience
Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
People leadership exposure and/or understanding.




Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.

A MyGovID (Standard level)
Willing to complete a National Police Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
