Working with a specialist team of Engineers, Drafters and Project Managers, you will be responsible for technical design input, co-ordination and project delivery activities across buildings projects locally and nationally.Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:Coordinating the structural design and documentation for various projects locally and nationallyUndertaking structural design components using relative software, including Space Gass, ETABS, Microstran and Strand7Reviewing structural designs, ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and Robert Bird GroupProduction of engineering reports and supporting tender proposalsProactively collaborating with team members,



contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverablesActively contribute to the technical success of projects and the teamClient liaison, in conjunction with Project Directors and Associates, regarding current and future projectsAbout YouRelevant Engineering qualifications – with a focus in Structural Engineering4+ years' industry experience working within an engineering design consultancySolid grounding in steel and concrete designDemonstrated design experience using relevant Structural softwarePossesses project management and hands-on experience, encompassing administrative, commercial and technical aspectsStrong understanding of Australian codes and standardsAble to work on own initiative and in a team environmentFull working rightsRBG is committed to building a diverse, inclusive and gender-equitable workforce and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds across engineering and technical disciplines.
