Lead the PMO for a major SAP implementation and help deliver one of Asahi's most significant enterprise programs.As the PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major SAP implementation program spanning multiple functions, systems and stakeholders.
Leading the PMO function, you will provide the governance, planning and delivery discipline required to successfully execute a complex, multi-year program that will enhance how the business operates.Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead a team of PMO professionals and partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Technology and Change.
From integrated planning and executive reporting through to go-live readiness and program assurance, you will help drive alignment, transparency and delivery excellence across the program.This is a high-profile opportunity to influence one of Asahi Beverages' most significant enterprise initiatives while building capability, consistency and best practice across the PMO function.Please note, this role will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract for 12 monthsKey Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end PMO function for a large-scale SAP implementation program.Own and manage the integrated program plan, including milestones, critical path, resourcing and cross-functional dependencies.Design and run governance forums, program reporting and executive-level packs to support informed decision-making.Proactively manage enterprise-level risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across multiple workstreams and parallel initiatives.Lead go-live readiness across business, technology and people,



including formal readiness reviews and reporting.Partner with Finance to coordinate program financial forecasting, tracking and variance analysis.Lead and develop a team of PMO professionals while building PMO capability through consistent standards, tools and delivery practices.Foster alignment and accountability across a diverse stakeholder group to ensure successful program outcomes.About You:10+ years' experience leading complex enterprise programs, including PMO leadership within large-scale SAP implementation environments.Demonstrated ownership of implementation activities through design, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.Strong expertise in governance, program planning, financial oversight, risk management and delivery assurance.Able to simplify complexity, align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes.Explicit, structured communicator who brings discipline and momentum to large delivery environments.Hands-on people leader with experience leading and developing PMO teams.Resilient, pragmatic and comfortable operating in high-complexity environments with multiple moving parts.At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration and shared enjoyment.
