We're looking for someone who enjoys building one.This is a hands-on leadership role with one explicit priority: building a production operation that consistently delivers premium products through capable people, strong systems and high standards.Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll lead Production while coordinating Maintenance, Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality to ensure the operation runs safely, efficiently and consistently.If you enjoy developing people, improving systems and producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleThis role is about much more than keeping production running.It's about creating an operation where people understand what's expected of them, quality is never compromised and everyone works together to achieve the same outcome.You'll spend your time leading people, planning ahead, coordinating operations, improving systems and making practical decisions that help the business perform at its best.You will also enjoy spending time on the factory floor, building relationships with the team and understanding how the operation works.

A workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel proud of what they produce.What You'll Be DoingLead and develop the Production Team.Coach, support and develop leaders within the operation.Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.Improve product quality, consistency and operational performance.Coordinate Production, Maintenance, Purchasing and Dispatch.Develop production plans that support customer demand.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.Work closely with the Managing Director to continue strengthening the business.You'll BringAt least five years' experience leading operations within food manufacturing or a similar production environment.Experience leading and developing production teams.Strong planning and organisational skills.A sound understanding of Quality Management Systems, HACCP and food safety.Experience improving operational performance through practical,
