Melbourne or SydneyWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to join our Corporate Superannuation Trustees Services (CSTS) team.
In this role, you'll oversee a portfolio of corporate trustee clients operating in the managed funds industry, managing both the relationship and operational compliance within Equity Trustees' robust framework.
You'll act as a key client contact, oversee operational compliance, coordinate key client and fund changes and ensuring best-in‐class service and governance.About the RoleRepresent Equity Trustees to the market and foster strong, trusted client relationshipsMeet with clients/ service providers on a regular basis and manage key account plans for strategic clientsManage all aspects of operational compliance for an allocated group of corporate trust clientsAssist the Oversight and Monitoring team with due diligence and oversight of investment managers and service providersProject manage client and fund lifecycle events including fund product changes, service provider changes, new share classes, listings/ delisting's, fund transitions, and terminationsWork alongside the Disclosure team to project manage end to end production of offer document and TMD'sPresent to internal decision-making committee'sOversee and approve fund expenses and debtors to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely recovery of outstanding amountsWork alongside the Onboarding team to seamlessly transition new clients/ funds into day to day BAUCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver great outcomesContribute to broader business initiatives and a high-performing team cultureWhat You'll Need to SucceedSolid experience in investment/funds management or trustee servicesWorking knowledge of fund operations, custodian/administrator functions, and complianceA good understanding of financial markets, governance, and regulatory requirementsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple clients and projectsTertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or AccountingWhat we offerA warm, open, and supportive cultureAn attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programsAn employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an employee assistance programA workplace volunteering and giving program to enable you to help others in the communityWe are proud to be part of the Top 30 Best Workplaces to Giveback ****Discounted tax and estate planning services16 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carerGreat central CBD location, modern office fit-out and end-of-trip facilitiesFlexible/Hybrid working environmentAbout Us - Trusted Since ****Equity Trustees was established in **** and is now one of Australia's largest specialist trustee companies.
