We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Ground Handling Training and Compliance Manager to lead training strategy and compliance across our Ground Handling operations.
Based in a senior leadership role, you'll play a key part in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and airline requirements, and building a high-performing training culture across the business.About You and the Role:Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement and gap analysis of the dnata dGOM (training and compliance standards)Lead the development and implementation of prerequisite programs to support the company's management systems to meet and exceed all regulatory requirements i.e. ISO **** & ISAGOPerform regular audits to ensure the consistent application of approved programs, maintenance of training records and ongoing adherence to the Standards for Training requirementsDevelop and maintain training policies and procedures and ensure their alignment with dGOM, IATA, ISAGO, regulatory requirements and associated dnata standardsDevelop curriculum, course content and delivery methodology ensuring compliance to industry standards, regulations,



legislation and dnata Ground Handling policy and procedureLead and mentor Training Team through formal and informal communication, performance reviews and coachingManage diverse geographically located teams across multiple ground handling disciplinesLead significant stakeholder engagement and consultation to ensure the delivery of a wide range of stakeholder expectations, diverse interests and demandsManagement of Non-Conformance/Corrective Action System as per company, supplier and customer requirementsProvide quality metrics and accurate reporting on critical training deliveryKey Requirements that you bring with you:Certificate IV in Training and Workplace AssessmentCertification in AuditingPrevious experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles and proceduresPrevious Auditing experience and reporting standards and principlesExtensive senior leadership experience managing a diverse geographically located teamSound understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework and knowledge of all aspects of Training frameworksExperience in monitoring and reviewing existing processes and procedures and implementing changes to improve operational efficienciesAbility to influence in a diverse workforce through a practical pragmatic approachRecord of achievement in building and fostering relationships with key stakeholdersWell-developed communication skills both written and oral and negotiation skillsHigh level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of training management systemsApplication closing date: 18 June **** (5:00PM)
