Our client is an established residential builder delivering high quality homes and medium-density residential developments across Sydney. With a solid pipeline of work and several large masterplanned communities underway, they are looking to appoint an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee a flagship residential project in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of a large residential development from site establishment through to completion, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
Supervise the construction of a large residential housing development
Coordinate and schedule daily site activities
Manage labour and trades, both direct and subcontracted
Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget and quality standards
Liaise regularly with the Construction Manager and key stakeholders
Keep the business updated on site progress and performance
Resolve any issues on site while maintaining a safe working environment
Drive quality,



productivity and customer satisfaction throughout the build process
The Requirements:
Relevant experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role
Strong background within residential construction
Proven experience delivering high quality residential developments, with exposure to medium-density, masterplanned communities or large scale housing projects.
Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction
Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
Current driver's licence
