Are you an experienced wealth management or advice professional who enjoys helping Advisers and their teams operate more consistently, productively and commercially?
We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Development Manager to join our teams based in both Sydney and Melbourne.
This senior Adviser-facing role will help improve day-to-day practice by embedding agreed processes, workflows, tools and support models across the client journey.Working closely with Advisers, Associates, key stakeholders and the Koda project team, this role offers an exceptional prospect for someone who is passionate about enhancing our client experience, improving practice performance, strengthening adviser enablement and supporting continuous improvement in a growing, independent wealth management firm.What you will bring ...A genuine interest in helping Advice teams improve consistency, capacity, client experience and commercial outcomes.Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills, with the confidence to train, support and constructively challenge advisers and associates.A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify friction, unnecessary variation and opportunities to simplify the way work gets done.Comfort working with CRM, workflow tools and data to improve visibility, adoption and accountability.10+ years' experience in wealth management, financial advice, professional services or a related advice-led environment.Experience contributing to process improvement, workflow design, practice standards, playbooks, training materials or adoption programs.Strong commercial acumen across pipeline management, practice profitability, adviser productivity,
