As the firm continues to grow and evolve, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations to work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the firm's ongoing success.This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you'll influence the strategic direction of the business while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a well-established, high-performing firm.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the senior operational leader of the firm, overseeing a team of business support professionals across administration, finance, facilities, IT and HR.Leading and mentoring the firm's administrative and business support teamsDriving operational strategy and continuous business improvementOverseeing HR, recruitment, performance management and staff developmentManaging finance operations, budgeting and reporting alongside the Finance ManagerEnsuring compliance with legal industry regulations and client requirementsOverseeing facilities management, IT systems and office operationsLeading projects focused on process improvement,
