Part time (0.6FTE), 6-month fixed term role
Parkville location with flexible, hybrid working
$69,438 - $76,764 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About the team
People, Culture & Wellbeing (PCW) is responsible for providing strategic and operational services that support the employment and workforce needs of the Royal Women's Hospital. Our aim is to provide systems and frameworks which support our workforce capability, capacity and management, which in turn supports the Women's in the achievement of its strategic goals while living the Women's values. The Workforce Data & Reporting (WDR) team provides trusted workforce data, reporting, and insights to support data-driven decision making across the Women's.
About the role
As an Workforce Data & Reporting Support Officer you will provide operational support to the Workforce Data & Reporting team during a period of project delivery. In this role, you'll help maintain workforce data quality, support workforce systems administration, assist with reporting activities, and respond to routine enquiries from staff and managers while working within established processes.
A regular day will see you:




Assist in the collation and preparation of data for regular operational reports within agreed timeframes
Monitor the WDR Service Portal and shared mailbox, triaging routine queries or escalating non-routine matters appropriately
Support the day-to-day administration of the employee and manager self-service system, including user account set up and resolving standard queries
Support the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of key foundation data within our HRIS (SuccessFactors and Chris21) and where appropriate, rectify any data integrity or quality issues.
About you
This chance is well-suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their experience in workforce data and reporting.
You'll bring with you:
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying data quality issues or inconsistencies
Well-developed organisational skills
An ability to follow established procedures and work within defined processes
Intermediate computer skills in Excel and basic skills in other Microsoft Office applications
A curious nature and a customer-focussed approach
