We're looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our Customer Engagement Platforms team.In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing digital solutions, including Salesforce CRM, web self-service platforms and mobile applications.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and aligned to CSC's strategic priorities.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of customer-facing technology initiatives from planning through to implementationProvide leadership and direction to the Customer Engagement Platforms teamManage team workloads and delivery outcomesPartner with stakeholders to plan delivery, manage risks and allocate resourcesApply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies to achieve successful outcomesEnsure quality, security and operational readiness across all initiativesFoster a collaborative, high-performing and continuous improvement cultureCommunicate delivery progress, risks and key decisions to stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across the business,



vendors and delivery partnersEnsure solutions align with CSC standards, governance requirements and strategic objectivesWhat We're Looking ForAustralian Citizen or Permanent ResidentBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline5+ years' experience in technology or IT/digital delivery rolesExperience leading development and delivery activities across multiple delivery methodologiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, PSM or SAFeExperience within financial services or a regulated environmentKnowledge of customer engagement platforms including CRM, mobile, digital experience or customer data platformsExperience working with government procurement, risk or security standardsExperience leading complex technology delivery programs and project teamsStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levelsExperience managing budgets, resources, risks and delivery outcomesKnowledge of technology delivery lifecycles,
