As an IT Operations Engineer in our Corporate IT team, you'll help Zipsters get the most from the technology they use every day.
You'll work in a hands-on environment where solid technical problem-solving, clear communication and practical continuous improvement are equally important.This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working directly with people across the business and finding better ways to deliver reliable, secure and user-friendly IT services.
What you'll own
Provide Level 2 support for incidents, service requests and technical escalationsBe the primary in-person contact for Service Desk in the Melbourne officeAdminister and support workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf and enterprise SaaS platformsDevelop scripts, automations and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual workTroubleshoot recurring issues and implement sustainable solutionsDeliver small to medium IT projects from planning through implementationCoordinate vendors, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver workplace technology initiativesCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating proceduresBuild strong relationships with employees through clear communication and excellent customer serviceCoach and support Service Desk analysts (L1) through technical guidance and knowledge sharingPartner with Security, People Operations and wider business teams to deliver reliable technology services
