Job Title Lease Manager Job Description SummaryLease Manager – PDNSW Portfolio Sydney | Full‐timeAbout the RoleAs the Lease Manager, you will maintain the integrity of the property management database, oversee lease compliance for both PDNSW and tenants, and ensure all financial workflows are accurate, timely and aligned with client expectations.
You'll work closely with Transaction Management, auditors, landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure the portfolio operates smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLease Administration Ensure WIP, Debtors and portfolio reports are accurate, current and include relevant commentaryAttend building committee and client agency meetings where requiredAdminister Green Lease requirements and reportingMaintain complete and accurate lease data, ensuring database integrity and minimising urgent payment requestsComplete new site checklists and ensure Converga and ons/offs requirements are metReview and approve lease abstracts, CPI increases, fixed increases and obligation summariesAlign all lease abstraction and amendments with Transaction ManagementEnsure AASB16 data points are captured and exception reports are actionedConduct quality reviews of compliance certificates and insurance documentationReview and approve expenditure rent rolls, variance reports and all payment workflowsValidate costs and invoices prior to approvalResolve payment exceptions and communicate outcomes to landlords/agentsProvide market analysis and benchmarking to identify savings across non‐rent expenditure linesReview revenue rent rolls and variance reportingManage revenue recharges, ensuring head lease costs are recoveredPrepare outgoings recharge sheets for new tenantsFollow up arrears, manage breach/lock‐out processes, and support year‐end reconciliationsReview,
balance and reconcile annual expenditure budgets and outgoingsEnsure timely receipt of budget estimates and reconciliationsSave and circulate reconciliation reportsReview audit findings and provide benchmarking insightsInterpret lease obligations for PDNSW and tenantsEnsure lease abstracts are paraphrased correctly and obligations are metAbout YouYou bring strong lease administration and property management experience, with the ability to manage complex financial workflows and high‐volume data.
