stock control, and service workflowsEnsure full compliance with corporate governance, quality, and regulatory standardsSupport business reviews, service KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to territory sales targets and support growth in instrument and consumable adoptionIdentify and support new business opportunities within the existing customer environmentDeliver product demonstrations, training, and customer educationAbout YouYou are a technically credible, customer‐focused professional who thrives in a structured, site‐based environment and enjoys working collaboratively to solve complex problems.You bring: A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Science, Biomedical Science, or related fieldExperience in diagnostics, transfusion medicine, or laboratory environments preferredStrong technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detailThe ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and confidentlyExperience working within regulated environments (GMP, quality systems) preferredA proactive and organised approach, with strong follow‐throughThe ability to work collaboratively while managing your own responsibilitiesResilience in managing complex customer needs and competing prioritiesWorking EnvironmentSite‐based role in Brisbane,
