This is a permanent full-time opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our customer and partner technology experiences.This is a hands-on leadership role that combines software engineering, architecture, platform delivery and people leadership.
You'll set technical direction, drive architectural decisions, lead a small team of developers, and work closely with business stakeholders and partners to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality digital solutions.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, influencing technology strategy, leading high-performing teams and building modern digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs the Technical Development Lead, you'll be responsible for:Designing and maintaining a scalable, multi-tenant platform architecture that supports multiple partnersWorking closely with business stakeholders, product teams and partners to translate requirements into clear technical solutionsLeading the delivery of platform initiatives from planning through to production releaseDefining API integration patterns and ensuring secure, resilient connections with internal and external systemsEstablishing engineering standards across code quality, testing, accessibility,



performance and securityOwning CI/CD pipelines and release management processesDriving the effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomesManaging platform deployment and operations across Microsoft Azure environmentsLeading and mentoring Frontend Developers, supporting capability uplift and delivery excellenceIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement across engineering practices, processes and platformsDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat You Bring7+ years' experience delivering software development projects and enterprise platform solutionsStrong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript and up-to-date front-end development practicesExperience designing scalable platform architectures, including multi-tenant solutions and component-based design approachesStrong understanding of API integrations, authentication, application security and solution designExperience leading technical delivery, mentoring developers and driving successful project outcomesStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deliveryA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvementTertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or a related disciplineWhy Join Us?
