About the Role
We're looking for a curious and driven AI & Data Consultant to join our growing AI capability, working closely with our Head of Innovation, Data & AI.
This role sits at the forefront of emerging AI solutions, where you'll help design and deliver agentic AI use cases that optimise business processes both internally and for our clients.
From automating workflows to enabling smarter decision‐making, your work will directly impact how organisations adopt and scale AI.

What You'll Do
Design and deliver AI‐driven solutions that optimise business processes and decision‐making
Build and configure agentic AI solutions using platforms like Copilot, Claude and Gemini
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation
Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and solutions
Contribute to internal AI capability development, including experimentation and knowledge sharing




Support both internal initiatives and client‐facing engagements across government and enterprise
What We're Looking For
1+ years'hands onexperience developing or experimenting with AIandautomationsolutions(including personal projects)that you'd love to show us
Experiencebuildingagentic AI or AI‐powered workflows/agents using modern platforms
Foundational technical skills in Python with asolidunderstanding of data and AI concepts
Demonstrated experience in deploying and monitoring AI systems using best practice approaches and tools to turn AI ideas into live products
Demonstrated ability to work withand effectively communicate withboth technical and non‐technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments
A passion for AI and continuous learning, with evidence of self‐driven projects or experimentation

If you're in Canberra or Sydney you'll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices.
Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.

Salary
For this role, we are offering a remuneration range of %100,000 - $125,000 plus superannuation.
