This is a business-focused, hands‐on BA role centred around understanding business needs, improving processes, and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives.
You will work closely with business leaders, National Managers, Project Managers, Change, Product, Commercial and operational teams to understand how the business operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear requirements and practical outcomes.
A key focus will be mapping current‐state processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, designing future‐state processes, and helping drive greater consistency in how processes are documented across the organisation.
This is well suited to a Business Analyst who enjoys stakeholder engagement, process improvement and working across different areas of a business.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and requirementsDocument business requirements, user stories and process documentationAnalyse current‐state processes to identify inefficiencies, duplication,



risks and improvement opportunitiesMap end‐to‐end processes and customer journeysDevelop future‐state processes and practical improvement recommendationsWork with stakeholders to implement process improvements and standardisationSupport the development of a centralised business process repositoryTranslate business needs into clear and actionable requirementsSupport scoping, prioritisation and planning across initiativesWork closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to support successful outcomesSupport testing, implementation and change activitiesContribute to PMO governance, reporting and documentationBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units and levels of seniorityEssential ExperienceApproximately 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similarStrong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagementStrong process mapping and process improvement experienceExperience documenting current‐state and future‐state processesExperience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussionsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand complex business problems and develop practical, commercially focused solutionsExperience working across strategic and operational initiativesStrong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environmentsExperience working within a PMO or project environment preferredExperience in Fleet Management, Novated Leasing, Asset Finance or Financial Services preferredUnderstanding of Lean, continuous improvement or similar methodologies preferredRelevant tertiary qualifications preferred but not essentialCurious, proactive, adaptable and commercially aware, with a robust focus on outcomes
