As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for our clinics.
You will act as a trusted advisor to drive high quality recruitment performance utilising best practice attraction & sourcing strategies, and enabling smart, versatile and quality hiring decisions aligning to our overall culture of collaboration, innovation and customer focus.
This is a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, with a base at our Sydney CBD office.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from briefing and advertising to screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management
Partner with clinic and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting tools
Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth across clinical and corporate functions
Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, compliance, and inclusive hiring
Champion candidate experience,



ensuring every interaction reflects I-MED's commitment to care and professionalism
Collaborate with the broad People & Culture team on broader talent and culture initiatives
Travel occasionally to clinics to build relationships and support local hiring
Who You Are
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments and/or healthcare
Confident and credible in advising stakeholders and driving recruitment outcomes
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Enjoy building stakeholder capability and sharing recruitment knowledge
Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and occasional travel
