An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance executive to join a leading global real assets investment manager in a senior leadership capacity.Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Finance – Direct Property will lead a high-performing team of eight and assume responsibility for the financial management and execution of a diverse Australian property platform comprising listed REITs, unlisted property funds and the Australian Management Company.This is a highly visible role partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team, investment professionals and offshore stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide commercial and strategic financial leadership while ensuring best-in-class financial reporting, governance and operational excellence across a complex institutional investment platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop a finance team of eight, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Oversee all finance, accounting and reporting activities across three listed REITs, two unlisted property funds and the Australian Management Company.Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting and statutory compliance.Deliver high-quality management reporting, financial analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision making.Partner with senior executives, investment teams and offshore stakeholders to provide commercial financial support across the portfolio.Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.Support acquisitions, divestments, capital transactions and broader strategic initiatives.Manage banking relationships, debt facility reporting and treasury oversight.Oversee tax compliance, tax planning and engagement with external advisers.Maintain robust governance, internal controls and risk management frameworks.Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers and other professional service providers.Drive finance transformation initiatives, leveraging technology,



automation and AI to improve efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.Build robust relationships across the broader business to ensure finance is viewed as a trusted commercial partner.About YouYou are an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience within institutional property, real estate funds management or listed investment vehicles.
