Construction Manager – Class 2 Luxury Developments (Tier 2 Builder)
We're partnering with a highly regarded Sydney-based Tier 2 Builder to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a premium pipeline of Class 2 luxury residential apartment and mixed-use developments across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of construction delivery across a portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use developments up to $******M, including:
Class 2 luxury residential apartment projects
Mixed-use luxury residential and retail developments
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects
Manage project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes across all projects
Provide strategic input across procurement, construction methodology, and delivery planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project performance, risk management, and reporting processes
Ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards, timelines, and financial objectives




Support business growth, operational improvement, and team development initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience operating as a Construction Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer/builder environment
Solid background delivering Class 2 residential apartment or mixed-use developments
Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $50M – $100M
Strong leadership capability with experience managing high-performing construction teams
Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
Strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and construction methodology
Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performing environment
