Job Description Facilities Maintenance Manager Parramatta NSW (Hybrid) | Full-Time Hybrid role with a major client portfolio Lead facilities operations, budgets and contractor performance Join a global leader with strong career progression opportunitiesAbout the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio.
Based in Parramatta, this highly visible leadership role will see you responsible for operational performance, contractor management, maintenance delivery, financial outcomes and client satisfaction.
You'll work closely with occupiers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure properties are operating efficiently, safely and in line with contractual requirements.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded facilities qualified who enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding service outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial property portfolioManage preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance programsOversee contractor and supplier performance to ensure contractual complianceBuild strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholdersRespond promptly to operational issues and service requestsManage budgets, forecasting, expenditure and financial reportingCoordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and business plansContribute to capital works planning and long-term asset strategiesMonitor compliance,



safety and risk management activities across the portfolioEnsure site documentation, reports and records are maintained accuratelyAnalyse operational and financial performance data to drive improvementsLead, coach and develop facilities personnel and contractorsAbout You5+ years' experience in facilities management, property operations or building managementExperience managing commercial property portfolios, large facilities or campus environmentsStrong knowledge of maintenance operations, contractor management and asset managementProven experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performanceStrong leadership and people management capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilityExperience with CMMS or work order management systemsStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPointTertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline highly regardedAbout Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
