With a soundtrack record of growth and profitability, we are committed to developing a sustainable society and actively promoting education and inclusive growth initiatives in our local communities.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IP Networks Agile Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex IP network infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of IP networking with strong project management experience, ensuring that initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of IP network projects (e.g., Core Network upgrades, routing/switching deployments, backbone/core network enhancements, network migrations).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, security, and vendors to define scope, timelines,
and resource needs.Manage project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and budgets using MS Project, Enterprise Jira(Expert in creating projects using Epics, Stories and tasks and execute projects using sprints, run daily stand ups, retrospectives and track project progress using burn down chats and Jira dashboards) toolsServe as a bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex network requirements into clear deliverables.Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory standards.Support change management processes, including the coordination of testing and deployment.Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define network-related requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.Develop and maintain process documentation, network diagrams, functional specifications, and technical reports.Contribute to project planning, business case development, and budgeting activities for network-related projects.Track and report on project progress, risks,
and performance metrics to key stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in project management, specifically managing IP/network infrastructure projects.Robust knowledge of IP networking technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and firewalls.Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.) and tools (NetFlow, Wireshark, SNMP, etc.).
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
PMP Agile certification preferred.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in telecom, ISP, data centre, or enterprise network environments.Knowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS/GCP/Azure), and network automation tools.ITIL, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.Working Conditions:May require occasional travel to data centres or client locations.Ability to work after hours or weekends during critical project phases or maintenance windows.Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
