I'm currently partnering with a high-performing digital agency in Melbourne looking to hire a hands-on Performance Manager to join their growing paid media team.This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being in-platform, working across retail/eCommerce clients, and driving measurable growth across Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns.You'll be joining a cooperative environment with strong internal support across performance, strategy and analytics, while still having the autonomy to own campaigns and make an impact.Responsibilities of the role:Manage and optimise Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns across Google & MetaWork across a portfolio of retail/eCommerce clients with meaningful monthly media spendDrive campaign performance across acquisition, ROAS, conversion growth and optimisationManage and optimise Google P.Max and Meta Advantage+ campaignsDevelop testing strategies across audiences, creatives,
bidding and campaign structureBuild reporting and provide clear performance insights and recommendationsCollaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, analytics and client servicesStay across platform updates, trends and new opportunities within paid mediaKey experience required:Previous agency-side experience is essentialStrong hands-on Paid Search & Paid Social capabilityRetail/eCommerce experience managing budgets of $50k+ per platform monthlyStrong experience across Google P.Max and Meta Advantage+Comfortable managing multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneouslyData-led mindset with a strong optimisation focusStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPlease note:Full Australian working rights required
