This person will administer and control projects across QLD and surrounding regions, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team.What will you be doing?
Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culturePlan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the siteEffectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation processEnsure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelinesBe an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others, and always strives to exceed customer expectationsManage performance and skill development of the teamDrive key projects aimed at continuous improvementWhat are we looking for?
Experience managing a team essentialRelevant tertiary qualifications preferred - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,
