Solutions Architect is accountable for proactively and holistically leading all solution architecture activities and supporting other architecture functions in the organisation as necessary.
The role is responsible for creating deliverables that guide and manage a portfolio of digital solutions in response to business needs and provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related supporting the development and ongoing management of an enterprise solutions architecture.
The role will create deliverables that help develop a direction for managing the organisation's portfolio of digital solutions from the current state to a future architectural vision.
The Solution Architect plays a strategic role in the shaping foundations of Silverchain's Digital Program - a multi-year transformation to deliver a national operational care platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Full-Time, Fixed-Term for 12 months.

What we're looking for
To thrive in this role, you'll need to have:
Tertiary qualification or relevant work experience essential.Experience in application delivery including design and delivery of component and/or service-based systems/applications is required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience designing and deploying digital experience platforms required.Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.Sound negotiating and influencing skills to guide senior managers and team members in their understanding of systems and their operation/application.
The role
As a Solution Architect you will:
Lead and guide the development of new digital solutions, while ensuring existing platforms are effectively supported through upgrades, continuous improvement, and planned retirement.Recent experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including integration, and reporting.Providing analysis and design expertise to shape and evolve enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.Collaborate with and support the Digital Services team in an inclusive and consultative manner.Continuously monitor the current-state solution architecture to identify deficiencies through aging technologies and applications,



or through misalignment with business requirements, and recommend corrective action.Understand technology and industry trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.Advocating for and enhancing the use of established IT strategies and methodologies such as ITIL and TOGAF.Stay ahead of technology trends, translating emerging innovations into practical applications that enable new and evolving business and operating models.Helping define principles, standards, guidelines, and solution patterns to ensure alignment with the future-state vision.Assisting in the design and oversight of processes that ensure solution architecture compliance and quality.
