Senior Program Manager – International Development Transition
Lead a complex international development program transition, coordinating agreements, grants, financial systems and stakeholder change activities.
This senior contract role offers the opportunity to deliver a whole-of-program roadmap supporting major policy, procurement and funding reforms across a significant Pacific development program.

Essential Tasks
Develop and manage the implementation plan and roadmap for the program transition.
Coordinate workstreams, monitor progress and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.




Review and transition agreements, grants and funding arrangements into new frameworks.
Support the transition to SAP and related financial systems, including staff training.
Key Criteria
Senior program management experience across complex, multi-stream initiatives.
Robust procurement, contracting, grants and agreement-management expertise.
Proven stakeholder engagement, change management and executive reporting skills.
Experience with SAP, SAP GUI, Power BI or comparable government financial systems.
