This is a hands‐on role supporting major digital and business transformation programs — helping organisations adopt new ways of working and realise real outcomes.
Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, building your skills while delivering meaningful change for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and delivery of change, comms and training initiativesAnalyse stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption risksHelp run workshops and engagement activitiesBuild clear, high‐quality deliverables (presentations, comms, training)Translate complex change into simple, practical messagesContribute to proposals and internal practice developmentWhat we're looking for2–4 years' experience in change, consulting, or transformationStrong communication and structured thinkingSomeone who takes initiative but is happy to learn and follow directionHigh energy, personable,
