You'll oversee fleet performance, supply chain efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our products are delivered safely, reliably, and cost effectively to both internal and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading aggregates logistics operations, fleet strategy, asset performance, and transport compliance.Driving safe, reliable, and cost-effective quarry and logistics operations.Partnering with quarry, sales, technical, customer service, and transport teams to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.Managing operational budgets, identifying efficiency opportunities, and delivering continuous improvement projects.Supporting material planning strategies that balance quarry output with customer and business demand.Championing our Zero Harm culture and ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental,
