We're looking for an technical Account Architect to join our Cloud Presales team and play a key role in shaping customer outcomes.You'll work alongside Sales to understand customer challenges, design fit-for-purpose solutions and guide customers through their technology decision making journey.This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys customer engagement and wants to further develop their consulting, solution architecture and presales career.What you'll be doing:Partner with Sales to qualify and shape customer opportunitiesDesign scalable cloud, infrastructure and managed services solutionsDevelop solution proposals, Statements of Work and supporting documentationContribute to RFIs, RFQs and RFPsWork closely with delivery,
