The team focuses on improving health outcomes, quality of life and participation for women, newborns and families through evidence-based, patient-centred care.About The RoleThis key leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services across the Women's.
Reporting to the Director, Allied Health and Clinical Support Services, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, contemporary and evidence-informed care while driving service innovation, workforce development, quality improvement and operational excellence.A Regular Day Will See YouProviding strategic and operational leadership across Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology servicesLeading, coaching and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary workforce and fostering a positive team cultureDriving quality improvement, innovation, research and service redesign initiatives that enhance patient and family experiencesBuilding strong partnerships with clinicians, leaders,
consumers and external stakeholders to support integrated care and service excellenceAbout YouYou are an experienced and collaborative allied health leader who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes for women, newborns and families.
